The Seattle Seahawks waived/injured receiver Braylon Edwards today, Eric Williams of the Tacoma Tribune reports. Edwards had to fight for a spot on the roster during training camp, but emerged as a starter for Seattle in the season opener at Arizona because Golden Tate started the season with a knee issue. Edwards, 29, played in 10 games for Seattle, finishing with eight catches for 74 yards and a touchdown. Source: The Redzone
