Eagles QB Michael Vick Doesn't Pass Concussion Tests

    Eagles coach Andy Reid said quarterback Michael Vick isn't ready to practice after failing another concussion test Wednesday. Vick has missed the last three games and has now been benched in favor of rookie Nick Foles.
