Amobi Okoye is back for his third tour with the Chicago Bears. The club announced Wednesday that the defensive tackle has been signed to fill out the 53-man roster after a series of moves were made Tuesday. He takes the place of guard/center Andre Gurode, who was waived. Okoye returns after defensive tackle Stephen Paea was held out of Sunday’s loss at Minnesota with a foot injury. Whether Okoye’s return is related to Paea’s health is unknown. Source: Chicago Tribune
