Free agent slugger Josh Hamilton has agreed to sign with the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, as Rangers general manager Jon Daniels has been informed that Hamilton is going to play for the Angels. At first I said wow, they'll have a lineup that's hard to match. But that contract is more than I would want my team to give to a guy who has a checkered past and multiple documented struggles just this year. Boom or bust move.
