NFL.com's Ian Rapoport reported that Ratliff underwent surgery for a sports hernia Thursday morning and faces a three -to six-week recovery period. Jones told USA Today Sports he has no plans to put Ratliff on the season-ending injured reserve list, keeping the nose tackle in play should the Cowboys make the playoffs -- they currently sit a game out of both the NFC East and a wild-card spot. "We obviously need Jay," Jones said. "Hopefully this surgery could get him back on the field, if we have an extended season. That's the way I'm looking at it." Source: NFL.com
We're a game out of the division, have the tiebreaker with the leader and RG3 is hurt Ya, I say we have a solid shot Sent from my HTC Vivid
Yes IMO With the altercation that took place plus we do need a bigger body at NT plus he is too expensive. And Dallas is gonna have to pay spencer Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Well they were getting good play from Brent at that spot before the accident. That position has become a major hole quick.
Lissemore is similar player to Ratliff. An athletic DE that can play inside at NT and create mismatches with his quickness. O don't think he is the awnser there, but he is a decent bandaide Sent from my HTC Vivid
We still have to deal with the Saints. And RGIII is gonna play next week. Not and easy task. Also, I posted this before the Steelers game. With the win over the Steelers I agree we have a good shot.
