    fisher started putting his stamp on this team and it showed in flashes during the season. they were wildly erratic though and still have some issues on offense.

    their passing game improved a bit this season but is still lacking. their o-line is still just 'so so'. they may need to do something about jackson. the guy just isn't what he used to be and definitely isn't worth $7 mill/yr. they may need to bring in some young guns.

    fisher has brought his signature toughness to the defensive front 7 and they are playing well most of the time. they need to address their secondary though. after jenkins and finnegan, they have very little. they need to add some talent back there.

    I cant remember... Is Fisher an offensive or defensive guy?

    Defense all the way. He was groomed under Buddy Ryan and the '46' in Chicago and Philly. Went to the Rams and 49ers for a cup of coffee after Ryan fizzled out in Philly, then was hired by the Oilers to run the '46' after Ryan left for Arizona. He became the head coach midway through the 94 season after Jack Pardee was fired.
