Before arriving in Arizona on Wednesday night for his interview with the Cardinals, former Eagles coach Andy Reid first will interview on Wednesday in Philadelphia with Kansas City Chiefs officials, Chris Mortensen of ESPN reports citing league sources. The Chiefs, who are looking for a new coach after firing Romeo Crennel on Monday, were in Atlanta on Tuesday to interview Falcons offensive coordinator Dirk Koetter before flying off to Philadelphia to meet with Reid on Wednesday. The timing works out well for Reid, who after his meeting with the Chiefs, will fly to Arizona for the first of his meetings with Cardinals officials. Reid has been assembling a coach staff, telling them he believes this process could be settled this week. Source: The Redzone
quite honestly, if clark hunt is going to give someone full control of football ops and is willing to start spending some money, kansas city is a much better spot for a coach and/or g.m. than arizona in my opinion. it's a weak division and you figure peyton is only going to play another year or 2, so the future of this division is wide open.
Permabanned like Gregg Williams, HH is. For either of these teams, having an open QB field may be appealing, sort of like the Eagles pre-McNabb.
