Michael Gehlken of the Union-Tribune San Diego writes that there appears to be “mutual interest†between the Chargers and Colts OC Bruce Arians. This probably isn’t all that shocking given that Arians has been linked to the Chargers for weeks now, but the Colts would obviously like to keep Arians aboard instead of hiring a new coordinator for 2013. The Chargers will meet with vice president of football operations Tom Telesco regarding their GM vacancy, so it seems as though the two men could be located in San Diego in the near future. Arians makes a lot sense for the Chargers given that they would definitely want to figure out a way to get Phillip Rivers back on track and Arians has proven that he’s capable of generating results. Arians has also drawn interest from the Chicago Bears. Source: NFL Trade Rumors
