    I think Norv would help Romo tremendously. Like Wade, Norv is a great coordinator just not a good HC. I believe he would be a perfect fit. Norv and Garrett run a very similar offense and have the same ideals. Remember Norv coached Garrett back in the day IIRC. Not only that, Norv knows how Jones works and I don't think he would be bothered by Jerry's tomfoolery. my .02

    Garretts offense is Turners offenses. Basicly a modern version of Air Coryell, where Norv cut his teeth as a coach
