Tempers flared for two fans following the 49ers playoff victory over the Falcons Sunday. A witness told Atlanta's WSB-TV that a fight broke out after a 49ers fan walked past a Falcons fan upset with the outcome, the two exchanged words and the interaction quickly turned violent. The Falcons fan punched the 49ers fan, who in turn pulled a knife and somehow got cut in the "throat area" during the scuffle. The injured fan, whose condition was unknown at the time, was transported to the hospital for treatment. Source: CBS Sports
