Suspended coach Gregg Williams is expected to be reinstated by the NFL this week, according to CBSSports.com.

Williams was suspended indefinitely last spring for his role in the New Orleans Saints’ bounty scandal.

The former Saints defensive coordinator already has an agreement with the Tennessee Titans to serve as their associate head coach/defense, according to the report. Williams was an assistant for the Titans/Houston Oilers from 1990 to 2000 and previously worked with head coach Mike Munchak and defensive coordinator Jerry Gray.

Williams has been discussing his reinstatement with the league, sources told CBSSports.com but it is not known if Williams has had a formal meeting with commissioner Roger Goodell.

I saw this coming, though it's BS. He was in charge of the whole thing and gets the same punishment as Peyton? Goodell is an idiot.
