Is the QB of your favorite team a leader or a follower? Is your QB comfortable having that responsibility of standing in front of the room and say the difficult things that need to be said during the season? Putting the team on his shoulders. A guy that can say the difficult things that need to be said, a guy that can be a "jerk" when he has to be - demanding attention to detail, demanding perfection from his teammates? Or is your QB a guy that comes in, works hard, knows what he needs to know to compete but not the type of guy to take a team on their shoulders? Not really having that "sense of urgency." Discuss...
Our QB is a top notch Leader!I was watching the 08 Americas Game last night on NFL net. and damn the continuing the play after he got hit is amazing. He still does it to this day..
Ben is definitely a leader, but sometimes he kind of tries to pass the blame off onto others in a slick way. He should always just take accountability whether it's his fault or not.
I have to agree. Cutler seems to be the kind of guy that rolls with the punches. His attitude never really changes with a win or a loss so it's hard to read him. Honestly, Urlacher is the leader of the Bears and will be until he is no longer a Bear. Cutler will never supplant Urlacher in the locker room, ever.
