Michael Huff said his visit Monday with the Cowboys went well and he talked to all of the coaches to get a feel for how he would fit in the team’s new 4-3 base defense that will use a Tampa 2 scheme. Huff said the market for his services would dictate how long he can wait on the Cowboys to clear enough salary cap space to make an offer to him. Huff said he will visit Baltimore later this week and then will be visiting Green Bay. Huff, an Irving Nimitz graduate, said he lives in Addison and would love the chance to return home and play for the Cowboys. Huff, who just turned 30 earlier this month, spent his first seven seasons in the NFL with the Oakland Raiders, who selected him with the seventh overall pick in the 2006 draft.
