Defensive lineman Vaughn Martin has agreed to terms with the Miami Dolphins after starting the past two seasons with the San Diego Chargers.

The deal was confirmed Thursday on Twitter by Martin's agent.

The 6-foot-4, 300-pound Martin played end in the Chargers' 3-4 scheme but likely will play tackle in the Dolphins' 4-3 defense.

A native of Jamaica, Martin was a fourth-round draft pick by the Chargers in 2009 and started 27 games the past two years. He missed the final three games in 2012 with a groin injury.

What does everyone think about this pick up? Will he be a gr8 add or just a mediocre adjustment?

He is a good athlete and Rodgers and Coyle will get the mode out of him.
