It'll be interesting who they pick for the Bears. Best pick could mean a couple of things: best overall player or best value the team got while drafting low for a player. Obviously the top all time Bears are some of the top all time NFL players so maybe players like:

    Olin Kruetz
    Doug Plank
    Richard Dent

would be considered some of the best Bears picks ever, due to the value they brought while not being top picks like:

    Sayers
    Payton
    Urlacher

    Cowboys-

Best- Larry Allen. Huge reach in the 2nd out of Sonoma State

Worst- Alexander Wright. While technically a 2nd he was the 26th overall pick

I'll step up for the mostly-forgotten Oilers:

Best 1st Rd Pick: Earl Campbell

He was a once in a generation talent who was the face, heart & soul of the franchise.

Worst 1st Rd Pick: Dean Steinkuhler

Don't know who he is? Then you more than likely weren't a college football fan in the early 80's. He was a monster at Nebraska. Problem is he was a total roid head, got injured over and over and was out in a couple seasons.
