Former Jets CB Cliff Harris was arrested for the third time in nine days, according to KPTV in Oregon, this timeon the charge of failing to appear. Harris was on his way to an 8:30 a.m. court appearance when he was stopped for speeding -- an infraction that wound up making him more than 90 minutes late. Hillsboro, Ore., police arrested Harris on Friday night on charges of domestic harassment. He reportedly had an argument and fight with his girlfriend in the parking lot of a Buffalo Wild Wings. The Jets cut Harris last week after he was arrested in New Jersey on possession of marijuana charges. Source: NFL.com
