Chicago Bulls forward Luol Deng and guard Kirk Hinrich are "most likely out" for Monday's Game 4 against the Miami Heat, coach Tom Thibodeau said.

Thibodeau said Hinrich, who has been out with a left calf injury since playing about 60 minutes in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference quarterfinals against the Brooklyn Nets, has made some small improvements.

"He's doing a little bit more," Thibodeau said Monday. "We'll see. He's on the bike, doing a little bit of shooting."

Deng, who has lost 15 pounds while recovering from complications from a spinal tap, admitted after Sunday's practice that he has been trying to get some work in with his teammates over the past couple of days but has been vomiting just a few minutes into each one.

I honestly believe if this team was healthy they would win this series.

And to be clear, I'm not talking about Derrick Rose.

I don't think they can win it without Deng and Heinrich.
