The last week in B.W. Webb's life was an eventful one. On Friday, he stepped on the field for the first time as an NFL rookie and on Sunday, he was excused from practice to attend his graduation ceremony at William & Mary. Finally on Tuesday, the cornerback became the third pick from the Cowboys' 2013 draft class to sign a contract as he finalized a four-year deal worth more than $2.54 million. Webb proved a durable and productive player in college, starting a school-record 48 games and collecting 11 interceptions. He also has position flexibility. "I am playing a little inside," he said. "I am playing a little outside, so wherever they put me, I think the coaches are going to prepare me for it." Source: Dallas Morning News
Everything I've seen has said he had a really really good minicamp.. coaches are real excited about him, and I'm not going to lie, I am too from what I've seen and heard of him. He seems like a very confident, cool, collected dude who is ready for the NFL mentally already.
