It appears that Randy Moss' Hall of Fame playing career is over, although the wide receiver is not so sure of that yet.

CBSSports.com's Mike Freeman writes that Moss still hasn't decided if he wants to play next season. Freeman reported a few months back there was interest in Moss, although we haven't heard a peep about him since.

Moss certainly appeared willing to return to the San Francisco 49ers, but they moved on without him. While he was a positive influence by all accounts with the 49ers, he racked up only 434 yards despite seeing a lot of single coverage last season.

Is it really up to him if his phone don't ring?

Some team could use him to mentor the younger guys in a similar fashion that the 49ers did...I wouldn't expect much on the field but to mentor young guys he could be an asset. It's be funny if he wound up in St. Louis with Jeff Fisher.

He'll be catching balls from Tebow in the AFL.

Or they both could be coaches for the Chicago Bliss or the Cleveland Crush in the LFL. Lol. Hey, you never know.

...and i fade back to black.

Would really like the steelers to bring him in, I wouldnt really expect much from him in terms of yards, and id expect him to be a snap count but he could still be good for a few deep balls and TDs. He and Plax could share time while brown/sanders/wheaton rotate with each other and either cotch/breaston if they bring him in play in the slot mostly

Really hes just one of my favorite players ever, trying to give him the flozell treatment would be cool

I wouldn't mind him in there for the young guys either. He did a nice job in San Fran...

Maybe 9ers pick em up again since Crabtree went down. Or Detroit to replace Young.

...and i fade back to black.

The Niners don't really need to make a move...yet. No need to panic. Losing Crabtree is a major blow, but I don't think they have to push the panic button and sign some one at this point.

True. I like Moss, i would like him to go out on a monster year. Remember that monster year he had with Brady? He should've retired after. But i know he wanted that big money. Can't blame him. Its just that after that, he's fallen off bad.

...and i fade back to black.

if its true he received single coverage, than no signing would be right
