New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski will undergo a fourth procedure on his troublesome left forearm on Monday, according to the Boston Herald. If all the infection is gone from the forearm, then a new plate will inserted into the forearm to help the healing process.Gronkowksi originally broke the forearm last season, and then again in the playoffs.
