The Los Angeles Lakers do not yet know Dwight Howard's decision for next season, but the All-Star center made his feelings about Lakers coach Mike D'Antoni known before starting his offseason.

Nearly three weeks have passed since Howard had his exit interview with the Lakers and there's been barely a peep out of Howard since.

While he hasn't had anything to say to the press, Howard had a lot to say to Lakers general manager Mitch Kupchak back before the relative silence, however.

Howard was one of several Lakers -- Kobe Bryant and Pau Gasol being the most noteworthy -- to have an extended separate meeting with the GM after his exit interview with both Kupchak and D'Antoni, multiple sources confirmed to ESPNLosAngeles.com.

I hope Cuban doesn't sign him for the Mavs.

Yeah having an elite level, dominant (when healthy) PF/C would really freaking suck for you.

I used to think this dude was awesome. Now I just realize he's a giant, freaking whiner. Never happy, at all.

I think he had high expections comming to the Lakers and they have just failed

This. He's a drama queen. Not worth the trouble he brings to the locker room, Walnuts.

Why in the world would you sign long term in LAL when they have no stability at coach and Kobe probably has 2 years left MAX. Get out of there Howard.

I'll be the first to admit that I was wrong about Dez. By all reports I've heard, he seems to have matured a great deal.

But, you shouldn't talk, Walnuts. It seems you had a DQ on your favorite NFL team whose initials are TO. Remember him? Weren't those great times when he was on your favorite NFL team?

Back to DH. He got a coach fired in Orlando when they fired Van Gundy. Then, he got Brown fired in LA. Now, he's trying to get D'Antoni fired.

    Oh, yeah. He's a great guy, Walnuts.:icon_rolleyes:

Screw yeah it was great times when TO was on the Niners. He was amazing to watch, the best post-Rice receiver in the NFL, and on Rices team to boot. He was awesome in SF.

Neither of those coaches were fired by Howard as far as Im aware.

DH played a huge role in getting them fired. You need to read up on the subject.

I need to read up on it? Are you freaking serious?

Youre delusional if you really think Howard had enough influence in LA to get anyone fired. That was all Kobe, and Browns incompetence. Van Gundy? Why would Howard have any influence over the firing of a coach of a team that he wasn't going to be playing for anymore? If he did that, why is he still on good terms with Van Gundy, and why would the Hawks now be pursuing Van Gundy as a way of making ATL more desirable for Howard?

Your incessant pessimism and general cluelessness here is, as usual, genuinely laughable.

I couldn't care less about what you think of me. I stand behind what I said. And, I still say Dwight Howard is a cancer to any NBA team.
