Oakland Raiders linebacker Kaluka Maiava and his brother are charged with assaulting two men at a bar in Hawaii, the Associated Press reports.

Maui Prosecuting Attorney John Kim says the 27-year-old Maiava and his 30-year-old brother, Ilima Maiava, are charged with misdemeanor assault and criminal property damage, a petty misdemeanor.

They're accused of beating up two men during a brawl at Life's a Beach in Kihei on March 17. That would be four days after the Raiders signed Maiava to a three-year, $6 million contract. The Wailuku native played four seasons with the Cleveland Browns after being a fourth-round pick out of Southern California.

So, then a perfect fit in Cleveland, not Oakland.

I'd wager the Raiders are one of a couple teams most people would rank below the Browns

Right. So they wouldn't say the Browns are bad (like the Raiders) so much as just not that good.
