The Seahawks’ biggest off-season move designed to get them over the NFC Championship hump to their first Super Bowl in eight years is starting to look a bit shaky. The team announced receiver Percy Harvin — obtained via a trade with the Vikings in March — will start training camp on the physically unable to perform list. NFL.com’s Ian Rapoport reports Harvin has suffered a “slight tear†in the labrum that could require surgery. Harvin will seek a second opinion early next week. ProFootballTalk confirms Harvin’s tear — spotted on an MRI performed Thursday — and the possibility of surgery. Source: Sports Illustrated
