The Patriots signed wide receiver Lavasier Tuinei, according to his agency, Paradigm Sports Management. Tuinei effectively replaces the spot that was previously occupied by wide receiver Perez Ashford, who was released yesterday. The Patriots have 89 players on the roster with this move.
