IMO the video has little to do with it. Young was convicted ... it was hate crime by definition. What cooper did wasnt a crime. Theres audio of jackson.

The issue to me that only one type of racism is really treated like a big problem. I mean delmon young assulted a guy. He didnt just wave his finger a say a slur. He screamed it as he beat the heck out of a person.
