The Indianapolis Colts announced Tuesday that they have waived rookie safety John Boyett from the non-football injury list. Boyett, a sixth-round pick from Oregon, had been on the NFI list from the start of camp due to knee problems. His problems grew worse than that early Monday when he was arrested for disorderly conduct, public intoxication and resisting law enforcement. When arrested, per the Indianapolis Star, Boyett reportedly said, "You can't arrest me. I'm a Colts player." Source: National Football Post
