Since Andre Brown is likely to go on injured reserve for the first eight weeks of the season, the Giants are taking a look at some other running backs The New York Giants G-Men worked out former Steelers running back Jonathan Dwyer, former Cardinals running back Beanie Wells and former Jets, Patriots and Seahawks running back Leon Washington this afternoon, Conor Orr of the Newark Star-Ledger reports. The Giants have also maintained mutual interest in Tim Hightower, according to one person with knowledge of the situation. Hightower worked out for the Giants this past offseason.
