The Mike Wallace era in Miami began a lot like the Mike Wallace era in Pittsburgh ended: Without a whole lot of productivity. The Dolphins outlasted the Browns, 23-10 in the opener but Wallace, who signed a five-year, $60 million contract shortly after free agency began, caught just one pass for 15 yards. After the game, he wasn't super-pumped about his debut. Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald reported that Mike Wallace was angry after the game. Wallace was angry at fact he had only one catch. Asked about the game plan, he responded, "ask coach not my game plan." Source: CBS Sports
He's just come to realise what everyone else did when he first signed with the Dolphins...he's going to blow nuts. Also, for a sidenote, anyone else think the new Dolphins jerseys look like something Sega would come up with for a "South Florida" rip off in an unlicensed game?
Wallace needs to just keep his mouth shut...the team got the 'W.' Just shows how selfish he is... As for the Dolphins uniforms...awful. I can't believe the Dolphins organization and the NFL approved that trash. You really can't tell what team it is looking head on.
1. Those unis blow rod 2. He was covered by Joe Haden and tried to talk crap before the game about having a big day against him. I'm disappointed in the Browns and not upset with Miami, but I'm not surprised Wallace is being a bitter little snitch.
