Texans defensive lineman J.J. Watt had two sacks and four quarterback hits against the Titans, doing some of the damage against rookie guard Chance Warmack. According to Pro Football Focus, Warmack was responsible for allowing two of the Texans’ four sacks in Houston’s 30-24 overtime victory on Sunday. Warmack acknowledged he made some mistakes, but he didn’t leave Houston thinking Watt was unstoppable. “He’s just another guy, a talented dude, but he puts his helmet on just like me,†Warmack said on Monday. “I am not going to give him any more credit than he deserves. He’s a talented player. But everybody has a weakness, and he does, too.†Watt had 20.5 sacks last season, when he was NFL Defensive Player of the Year. The Titans and Warmack face the Texans and Watt again on Dec. 29 at LP Field. Source: The Tennessean
exactly. someone needs to have a talk with this kid. JJ may abuse him even worse when they meet again.
can't wait to see the rematch. Bet JJ breaks the league record in sacks against him. I am not a Texan fan but I know talent and JJ has a boat load of it.
Warmack will be a top 5 guard, hes dumb as a brick though. Be interesting to see the rematch, watt will be fired up but warmack will be better
CONFIRMED! Had to Google Warmack Wonderlic and sure enough, second lowest score of all that took it that year....a freakin' 9.
