The NFL is reviewing an elbow thrown by the Lions’ Ndamukong Suh to the head of Arizona’s Eric Winston in the Cardinals’ Week 2 win, ProFootballTalk.com reported Sunday night.

However, the site said, Suh is unlikely to be suspended for his actions, because the Lions have now played another game since then—Sunday’s win in Washington—while the play only came to its attention Saturday night.

Apparently, the Cardinals did not send video of the play to the NFL for review, the usual procedure for starting a review. However, a league source told ProFootballTalk.com that what Suh did was a clear violation of the rules.

Suh could still be disciplined for the elbow, however.

My god... The regular season is only 3 weeks old and the league is already reviewing a SECOND Ndamukong Suh incident. Let me guess... The league is just picking on poor #90?

Don't like the way he plays, but there's a lot of crap that goes on at the line of scrimmage
