One of the biggest rivalries in the NFL these days escalated slightly on Wednesday as the Seattle Seahawks claimed rookie quarterback B.J. Daniels off waivers from the San Francisco 49ers, Aaron Wilson of the National Football Post reports. Daniels was a 2013 seventh-round pick out of South Florida by the 49ers who impressed during the preseason, completing 13-of-21 pass attempts for 178 yards and three touchdowns while using his athleticism to add 87 rushing yards. Source: Mac's Football Blog.com DaBears22's Take: With Seattle claiming Daniels, according to the article he has value to a team other than being a QB. Perhaps Carroll wants to utilize this player in a way to stick it to the 49ers.
It never ends. Who ever Seattle cuts next I'm sure sf will pick up. Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 4
Why?????????????? Why let B.J. go to sign Skelton??????????? WTF are they doing in SF??????? Don't tell me there wasn't another "body" that they couldn't waive, they should have known Carroll was creeping around the corner waiting to pounce on OUR guys...I don't get it
