I think Haley has mental illness and I'm not saying that in jest. I think the guy literally needs medical help.
Haley may be nuts but Bob the builder's assertion that a supposed million $ home is "unmarketable for sale" due to a dishwasher/microwave missing, some minor painting, & a bush missing here & there, is nuts in itself.
After watching him on and off the field for a few years in AZ. I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest if that were proven true. He pumped his gas right next to me a few years back and when the tank overflowed by about a cup, he just lost it. I chalked it up to a bad day.
