    The Philadelphia Eagles were tentatively planning to start Nick Foles at quarterback for Sunday's game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, even with Michael Vick's hamstring feeling better than expected throughout the week.

    Vick is listed as "questionable" for Sunday after being upgraded to a full practice Friday.

    I thought foles had already been announced as the starter but this article seems to indicate its still up in the air?

    DawkinsINT Tebow free since 9/5/2015.

    Kelly never made it official and said it could be a game time decision. It would be a shocker if it's not Foles though.
