Texans quarterback Matt Schaub was sacked by St. Louis’ Chris Long midway through the third quarter.

He stayed down on the turf, and the upset Reliant Stadium crowd cheered — knowing he was knocked out of the game.

SteveRobWhatever's Take: Texans fans didn't cheer for long. T.J. Yates came in and threw a pick-6 that went for 98 yards. So I guess Schaub's off the hook for the INT streak? Things have gone upside down in Houston, but the signs were there that the QB position was the team's Achilles heel for years now.

yep, it's looking more and more like the texans are going to miss the playoffs and a complete makeover at QB will happen in the off-season.

well, i think any knowledgeable texans wouldn't have been cheering to see yates in the game. this franchise is going to need to start over at QB.
