Unless Levi Brown somehow snuck into University of Phoenix Stadium Thursday, donned his No. 75 jersey and managed to play left tackle with no one noticing, he wasn’t to blame for the Cardinals’ offensive line being manhandled by Seattle in the Seahawks’ 34-22 victory. The Cardinals were handing the job to Bradley Sowell, a second-year undrafted pro who had been cut by the Indianapolis Colts in the summer. and it was absurd to think Sowell could just step in and block the NFL’s elite pass rushers. Source: AZ Central markaz's Take: This article is bunk. One game in and Sowell is projected to fail because of one game against the Seahawks. Won't go so far as to say that Sowell is a future Pro-Bowler, but others like Kurt Warner, Warren Moon, Brian Waters, Priest Holmes, Antonio Gates, Tony Romo, and Aarian Foster all went undrafted and had fairly good careers. Give Sowell more than one game before saying that's he's set up to fail. He's definitely no worse than Levi Brown and need to give the man some time.
