The NFL received its fourth consecutive A grade for its racial hiring practices amid concerns over a significant drop in minority head coaches this season. The league also drew a C+ for gender hiring practices in the annual report by The Institute for Diversity and Ethics in Sport released Tuesday. FFWD to the year 2040: • 34 coaches of different race and ethnicity - no whites! • 2 Thursday Games, 2 Monday Games, 2 Saturday Games and the usual Sunday slate • 18 game season, 2 preseason games. • No players due to injury...but the NFL is working on Player Safety. So that's nice.
