Marrone is thinking out loud about sitting Spiller this week against the New Orleans Saints, even though Spiller was able to finish last week's matchup against the Miami Dolphins. Spiller has sat out the last two practices. "He wants to go, but we've got to make good decisions," Marrone said, via the Bills' official website. "He doesn't feel as good in my opinion." "Concerning my injury I think we're both on the same page," Spiller said. "(Marrone) wants what's best for me and also what's best for the team." Source: NFL.com DaBears22's Take: They have a tough game coming up against the Saints but if Spiller isn't ready to go, no point in playing him only to have the injury potentially be a lot worse. They got Fred Jackson to rely on for one week.
and Fred Jackson is more than serviceable at the RB position...he could arguably be the better of the two...lol.
