Josh Brown kicked a career-high five goals and the New York Giants shut down a punchless Philadelphia Eagles offense en route to a 15-7 victory at Lincoln Financial Field.

With rookie Matt Barkley pressed into quarterback duty for much of the game, the Eagles (3-5) mustered just 201 total yards and failed to produce a touchdown on offense for a second consecutive week against an NFC East foe.

DaBears22's Take: The roles seem to have been reversed in this game. The Eagles started out the season with a bang and the Giants not so much. Now the Eagles are struggling to find their form while the Giants have seemingly turned the page on their season.

On the plus side, Barkley played much better with a week as the #2.

Now that the eagles defense is playing better, their offense has gone cold. Any chance they get on the same page at the same time?

Yahoo Sports is saying that Vick may be out another couple weeks because he aggravated his hamstring. If Foles can't return from his concussion in time for Sunday's game, Barkley will be the starter.
