Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick left Sunday's game against the New York Giants in the second quarter and was replaced by rookie Matt Barkley.

Eagles coach Chip Kelly has said all along that he would not put Vick on the field if his lack of mobility put him in harm's way.

DaBears22's Take: This game isn't on TV for me so not sure if Vick is still hampered by his hamstring injury but sounds like it. Looks like Chip Kelly wanted to get Vick off the field before he aggravated his hamstring further.

Didn't watch this game. Would like to hear from the eagle faithful on how they thought Barkley looked

I watched part of the game and Barkley moved the ball more effectively than Vick did and the offense seemed faster up until the point that Barkley fumbled the ball to the Giants. I didn't see anything after that.
