The Cleveland Browns signed former Carolina Panthers wide receiver Armonti Edwards, signing offensive lineman Reid Fragel off the Cincinnati Bengals' practice squad. Edwards is a former third-round draft pick from Appalachian State who has five receptions for 121 yards and a seven-yard punt return average and a 19.7 kickoff return average.
