Minnesota Vikings offensive tackle Phil Loadholt has been ruled out for Thursday's contest against the Washington Redskins. Vikings coach Leslie Frazier announced the move on Tuesday, two days after Loadholt suffered a concussion and departed in the second quarter of a 27-23 loss to the Dallas Cowboys.
