Can Philly win a home game?

 

Apparently desean went on the record and said the energy from their fans when they are at home is negative, hinting that it affects them.

I don't know if the players really let that affect them but they HAVE lost 10 straight home games i believe.

 

So mentally tough is something they don't possess & it's all the fans fault?

That's rich...

 

yep, i find it weird that he said that since most of the time, players say the crowd noise or whatever the crowd is doing doesn't affect them in the middle of the game because they are so focused on the task at hand.

 

DeSean hasn't learned that when it comes to the fans in Philadelphia that he should basically smile at them, wave at them, pose for a picture with them and talk on the field? Maybe thank them in a press conference for being "the greatest fans in the league?"

 

Neither of those should be a surprise. Philly fans do start booing if a QB throws two bad passes in a drive. That would be annoying as heck as a player, and it sure as hell would affect me. Clearly Philadelphia is a tough place to play. The fans are very loyal, but they let you know when you heck up.

What these guys need to do is come out and start the game off by kicking some butt. Don't give the fans any reason to boo.

 

He didn't say anything that isn't true. And he actually was holding back some, which you can tell if you listen to the presser.

Every fanbase has dipcraps and clowns. Any fans that have an issue with what he said fall into one of those categories. Wasn't a big deal and was entirely true. The fans should be more supportive.

 

He didn't rip the fanbase like some have suggested. He just stated originally that if the offense starts a little slow early to hang in there before starting to boo.

I honestly have no strong feelings on what he said. The fans should have zero impact on how the offense plays. Do your job and you don't hear the boos.

 

if they are going to let RG3 run around and loosen up the eagles defense, i think this game could be interesting. i think the eagles should be able to put some points up against a poor skins defense but i think the skins can put up some points themselves if RG3 is playing like he should.

 

I Think the skins are the team any team wants to play when it comes to breaking streaks. should be very interesting today.:icon_rolleyes:
It has started off well,Eagles fans egged the redskins bus this am on the way to the stadium.

 

While I don't want to, I'm going to have to cheer for the Redskins today.:icon_frown:
