According to ESPN's Chris Mortensen, Tony Romo has been declared out for the remainder of the 2013 season. Mortensen has reported via Twitter that the results of Romo's MRI are not good and that he has been ruled out for the test of the season. ESPN's Adam Schefter has also reported the same. Back up quarterback Kyle Orton will take the first team snaps in practice.
