Not sure how many of you have seen any Nets games this year. If you have what do you think of Jason Kidd as a coach. And when was the last time you watched them. Noting that they have only 1 loss in 2014 without Brook Lopez and Dwill. Jason Kidd has gone from the NBA's worst coach (or so the writers/experts told us) to the NBA's best coach. Will he be a great coach? As a Nets fan I am very very biased. What is worse, is that since I was a child I followed Jason Kidd. From his days in Dallas as a rookie, to Phoenix, to NJ. The day The Nets trade Marbury for Kidd was probably one of the best days of my life as a basketball fan. The next best day was when he was named coach. I admit I had a problem in the beginning especially when the whole Cupgate think happened. But please what is your opinion?
Interesting 2 votes says he will be a horrible coach. I don't think he was ever going to be horrible, since he was coaching during his playing years. But will he be great? I have no idea, all I know is I have seen a huge improvement from the start of the season. The Nets are 7-1 in 2014 and it was achieved without 2 star players (Brook Lopez and Dwill) some of that credit goes to Kidd.
Too early to tell either way with me. Gotta see which Avery Johnson/Doc Rivers fork in the road he takes.
Avery Johnson was horrible for us. Many people say he was a lame duck coach, but he had every single opportunity in the world.
