Decker is a guy who benefited in Denver from the attention paid to both Thomases. He's not someone who will get consistently open once he draws a team's top cover corner every week. Not to mention if Geno gets the job, he's not a guy who's good at throwing people open. I think the Jets are a lock to take a WR in the 1st round, which is a smart plan.
