    12 team standard yahoo scoring 1qb 2wr 2rb 1te 1te/wr/rb 2idp 1 def. RB are always in short supply.

    It is a +2 rule. EX: if you keep last years 5th round you give up a 3rd round pick. FA kept you give up second last pick. Also if you keep a keeper from last year it is a 5th round pick.

    Not sure if we will have one or two keepers.

    I will keep Adrian Peterson with a 5th round

    Players for 2nd keeper only giving options to give up second to last pick bc it seems like the best value.
    Andre elington
    Rashad Jennings
    Keenan Allen
    Jay Cutler

    Personally I go with Rashad Jennings, he is the RB in NY and has done very well so far. Andre Ellington a close second.

    I say Ellington. And I only say this because Jennings has never played a full 16 game season and Ellington has a lot more upside.

    Not to mention Andre Williams has been playing much better in the preseason since previously thought, so Jennings should lose a lot of red zone looks.

    Jennings = Safe
    Ellington = More upside

    Thanks for confirming what I was already thinking. Good luck this season.

    I think it will only be one keeper the votes are leaning that way. I can't keep anyone else other that AP, right? I know the other 2 have a higher value for draft position but AP is on another level.

    absolutely AP with a 5th. You have the potential to get another top tier guy with your first.

    I like Keenan Allen too. I think he can be a very high scoring WR in the 13th round and I still think you can grab Jennings in the 5/6th if you want him.

    Keenan Allen will go late 2nd early 3rd in this league he will be very good but RB is a aggressively held position in this league so I will always lean to a RB. Ellington and Jennings will go 1st/2nd. Remember all the players that would be "first round" are keepers.

    I was just considering value by draft position which is what makes or breaks a draft.

    I love Allen, but AP as a 5th is still unbelievable value. You get a guy that is going top 3 overall in the 5th. That leaves you to take the best available in rounds 1 and 2. You have the potential to get two top 10 WR's (including Allen) and top rb or a top WR and two top 10 RBs, or a top RB WR and QB. Where as if you do not take AP then you play the I hope I get an early draft pick game just to take a guy 4 rounds earlier than you could have had him.

    (also, Allen has been averaged 30th pick in Yahoo and 40 in ESPN. You could easily get him with your 3rd.)
