Cousins is only going to be on the field for the next 3-5 games. Locker still had over 230 passing yards and a td. I have to say Locker, but it's fairly close. I might say Cousins if RG3 was out longer.
Locker cant stay healthy and looked terrible VS a bad Cowboy defense. Im guessing this is his #2, I think Cousins has a much better payoff then Locker. Cousins has better weapons, is probably a better QB and RG3-13 could be done for a significant timeframe
Cousins definitely has more upside, no doubt. Since it's your No. 2, no reason you can't take a gamble. It's been said Cousins is better in this system than RG3 is because Cousins is a better pocket passer. I hate giving up on Locker, but I can see both points. Although Locker's health has yet to come into play.

If Cousins continues to be "hot," do the Redskins bench him for RGIII? Say the Redskins are 7-2, 6-3?
I don't know how you could. Gruden tried to put a square peg in a round hole. RG3 simply isn't a pocket passer like Cousins is. I wouldn't be shocked if Cousins is the future if he can win 3-4 games while RG3 is out.
