    Hey Guys,
I am now 4-2 and I am in a 5 way tie for first place but holding on to first place based on points scored.

This guy is not doing well in our league and now he just lost Knowshon Moreno for the year.
He is 8th out of 10 and we have a 5 way tie at the top. Is it reasonable for me to offer him 4 mediocre
players for 2 studs to try and spread some talent out or is that a stick move? I prefer not to trade rape
people since I am the commissioner of the league. This is his first year in our league and is fairly new
to fantasy football. I was considering offering him Vereen, (Hillman or Spiller), Garcon, and Decker for TY Hilton and Demarco Murray. I realize that is a lot I am asking but I am fairly certain the 4 players combined could all be starters on his team. We have a ton of competition in our league and I need the competitive edge at this point. Any little bit helps. I included a side by side of our rosters for you to compare.
I am not sure if I am aiming too high or not high enough. I have always had issues weighing trades and whether or not they are fair. Help me out guys!
    Thanks
    Brian

I had considered throwing an IDP such as CJ Mosley in to sweeten the deal as well.

to me that's a stick move. especially when you're looking to add murray. if i was another owner, i would call shenanigans.

I appreciate the response and the honesty Greg!
Do you see any scenario in which I end up with Murray to better my team and am not a stick? LOL
    Thanks

You could see if he will take Bernard and Garcon. At least it isn't as many players and both are worth it for him. Bernard to Murray is a huge upgrade.

I would veto that trade straight up.

I think the problem is that if you look at his team, Murray is his only GOOD player on his roster. Offensively anyway.

If I was him, I'd want Brown a running back and someone else in return. Murray is one of the top scoring players overall.

I understand! Sounds like I need to brush up my trade skills a little bit! I just hate seeing stud players rotting away on poor teams. These guys just aren't very active within the league, they don't really work the waiver wire much, they don't propose trades, they just skate through the season. So I am stuck guessing if they will accept a trade and who they would want. I guess I will just have to struggle with who I have for now and hope for the best!
Thanks for all your input guys! I truly appreciate it!

with all the bad luck that's been going on this year, 4-2 really isn't a bad record.

Eventually Gordon will be back and Vereen gets a boost with Ridley gone, so that does help.
