Prob can't lose another game this year to make play-offs... Been a rough year on a tough schedule!

    Current lineup
    Russell Wilson
    Ty Mongomery
    Jordan Matthews
    Mark Ingram
    Duke Johnson
    Gronk
    Tavon Austin

Weakness is at RB this week with Gore out.. Have a claim on Matthews currently.

Sprole's can't keep running the way he is.. but for now Sproles is the lead back in Philly.. Matthews has saved owners the past few weeks with a TD but...... maybe @smeags or @ragman have some opinions on Matthews production levels going forward as they seem to know a good bit about football in PHI.

So, this league you're in... how long have you been participating in this league? How long have these guys been playing? Can you post up the draft results for me? I might can help you prepare for next season if you continue to play against these guys.

    Thanks

Yep, this is the 11th year (I've won twice). I've posted the draft results from this year - let me know if you require anything further.

Good News! Ty Montgomery is now (WR/RB) so I'll use him this week at RB and look for a WR? Or id Duke Johnson a viable play?

Still need a FLEX for this week with Hilton and Cooper on BYE - Is Duke OK to play or should i be looking on the wire??

Created from our league Stats and went off the 'Value' assigned to each player etc. so in short, yes I did haha.
I had the same strategy last year Gronk then RB.
    Who would have you gone?

You use the value numbers yes - but you also have to respect ADP. I don't fault you for going Gronk @ 1, no one knew he was going to be worthless until week 5. And Ingram, with your second pick, was a small reach, I probably would have went McCoy or Nelson. But hindsight is always 20/20 right! I'm not here to rip apart your draft.. just want to give my 3 cent opinion and maybe it helps you next season.

My thoughts on drafting in general.

Next season I'd go RB WRorRB WRorRB WRorRB and maybe continue that into round five or six. RB is getting thinner and thinner each season. I'm looking for young 3 down backs with little injury history.

QB is pretty hot in your league, but they let Big Ben slip to rnd 7, Brees to the 5th and Rivers to the 12th. Andy Dalton has been very productive and consistent too. Looks like you can afford to wait till round 7 or lower in your league to draft QB.

At WR I'm looking for young guys again with a solid history and a top 10 QB. You seem to do very well draftin WR.

So many solid TE's I'm only drafting Gronk on FanDuel. In my full season leagues I like consistency over high floor. Consistency means get me 8 to 12 points per week with an occasional TD. A. Gates has been Mr Consistency for years, in 2017 you're drafting Hunter Henry. Kelce is another solid option. Followed by Reed and Walker etc etc.. plenty of production there from TE without sacrificing RB. You can usually sneak a solid TE in ROUND 4 and lower... for example in your league Reed in RND 3 and Kelce in RND 7. I think Reed was a reach due to his injury history.

IDP isn't a huge money maker on your team, right? I mean, RB,WR,QB all score a lot freaking more each week, right? If so, I'd be looking for value late in the draft and building my IDP core during the season. So you're looking for starters but get them later in the draft after you have drafted your starting offense. If you see LB getting thin (maybe around 25 are off the board) then that's your cue regardless of where you are on offense.

I know there sound like "rules" but it's more strategy. Draft for upside and nail down a true stud RB with your first pick =)
