Whoops...almost forgot this week's thread. Tonight we get Lions vs. Packers...should be a good one, except it's on a thursday so you know it won't be... Cowboys play the Patriots on sunday...after last week's wake up call, I expect them to be more focused... you must never underestimate a Bellichick coached team. I don't know about that 7-pt line, though...
The Eagles have the Commanders this week. I hope they still remember that Washington gave them their first loss of the season last year and only one with Hurts. I certainly remember. I'm really interested in the Dolphins-Bills game. I wish that wasn't on at the same time during the Eagles.
I think the Dolphins will cruise until the inevitable Tua injury. I just hope it's not a concussion this time. I get '99 Rams flashbacks watching that offense.
People are talking about adding Zeke to the ring of honor when he retires. It's incredibly sad how the standard for greatness has been lowered and lowered over the years. I got yelled at for suggesting that the minimum requirement should be at least one ring...oh, well... So if the Mariners are still alive on sunday, I'm watching game 162. If not, I'm watching Cowboys-Patriots. I might probably miss the early games but if I make it on time I'm definitely watching the Dolphins and Bills.

Haha...I learned long ago not to go to places where it is just Eagles fans. It makes me upset at my own fanbase. I didn't realize until this morning that the Falcons=Jags game was in England so it will be on at 9:30am here. I'll probably have things to do but will most likely see at least a little of it. After the Eagles game I'll flip back and forth between Pats-Cowboys and Cards-49ers. Rooting for the road team in both, obviously.

Not a great game for the Eagles. I think they caught a break that Rivera didn't go for 2 at the end of regulation. The passing game looked the best it has this season so that was a positive. I'm starting to get concerned about some of the new coaches though. Desai was outcoached big time yesterday. Washington made way more in game adjustments. 4-0 is nice though.
We just gave Bill Bellichick, that one coach with the six super bowl rings, the worst defeat in his career...but if you looked at Cowboys Twitter, you would think it was the other way around. So Dak is not elite...so what? With this team we might not even need an elite QB, just one that doesn't make mistakes or throws the ball over. I'm just concerned because if they fall back like they did against Arizona, seems like they would be unable to come back...but we'll figure it out, I guess. The defense, even without Diggs is lights out. Can't wait for the 49ers game.
